A fantastic line-up of six exceptional wines, perfect to accompany long lunches in the garden, weekend drinks or dinner parties with friends. Here are our suggestions of what to pair each wine with but, of course, feel free to make your own matches.
Bacchus is wonderful with nibbles in the garden or Yorkshire asparagus. The elderflower and herbaceous notes perfectly match the earthy aparagus especially accompanied by goat's cheese or a runny egg, with the wine's crisp acidity bringing everything into balance.
Solaris is a fantastically versatile wine that pairs effortlessly with a wide range of foods, from creamy chicken pasta to vegetable tarts and seasonal salads. It’s like a fruit salad in a bottle!
Rosé is light, dry and has vibrant summer fruits on the palate. This pink is great with fish like pan-fried trout. Glorious and refreshing on a sunny day!
Sparkling Pinot Gris is bursting with fresh cherry and lime, making it an excellent match to slow roast pork belly or barbecued chicken.
Sparkling Rosé is made from our Pinot Noir Précoce. It's crisp and refreshing and perfect with sushi, particularly salmon nigiri.
Sparkling Solaris is brimming with crisp acidity and layers of orchard fruits and subtle tropical hints. Its touch of sweetness makes it a great pairing to fruit-based desserts like apricot frangipane tart.
