Introducing our Queen of the North Special Reserve.

This limited release is an exquisite blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes which were harvested during the magnificent summer of 2019. Aged for 50 months on the lees, this wine has developed a remarkable complexity. Retaining its intense orchard fruit profile, this is now accompanied with nuanced notes of brown bread and pistachio.

“We decided to make this special reserve wine because we saw incredible potential for extra lees ageing in the 2019 vintage. That additional time spent in contact with the yeast in the bottle brings in delicious new flavours. We tasted the wine every 3 to 6 months to see how it was developing and it had just become so incredible that we knew it was time to release it and share it with you.
