This session focuses on cleaning up the vine trunks and removing unwanted buds and shoots that would otherwise drain energy from the vine. It’s an important quality-control job that sets the vine up for a strong, well-balanced canopy.
This work is straightforward and very hands-on, perfect for anyone new or returning. We’ll finish with lunch and a glass of wine.
